Hi, I’m Jane.

Over the past 25 years, I’ve helped dozens of organizations, from tech companies to hospitals to banks to breweries, sharpen their messaging and connect with their clients with impactful copy and content. I’m a storyteller at heart, with an MFA from the Iowa Writers’ Workshop to prove it.

I work with my clients—both via ad/design/digital agencies and directly—on projects including:

  • Defining and developing brand positioning and messaging
  • Concepts and copy for websites, videos, ads, emails, collateral, social and radio
  • Content, including blog posts, white papers and case studies
  • Naming and taglines
  • Narration voiceover in a pinch

Alas, despite the cyrillic keyboard in the header image of the site—something I didn’t notice until after I’d purchased the photo—I am not fluent in Russian. But my French and Spanish aren’t bad.
